Eligibility
ULI invites the participation of teams from accredited educational institutions in Europe (including Turkey and Russia). The team members must have a Bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in a Master’s course or have passed the equivalent academic examination in their country of study and be enrolled in the diploma course (or be in their fourth year of university studies). Teams must be made up of graduate students pursuing a graduate degree while fully enrolled for the entire period of the academic period during which the competition is conducted. Members of the jury; the competition advisers; all officials, current employees, and recent former employees of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); the employees, students, and immediate families of any of the aforementioned parties; and those who ULI deem to present conflicts of interest are ineligible to compete.
ULI reserves the right to disqualify teams or to limit the number allowed to participate in the competition.
Teams can be disqualified if:
The advisory committee reserves the right to limit the number of participating teams and the advancing teams can be chosen based on team statements, team makeup, or any of the criteria listed above.
